ADVERTISING POLICY FOR YOUR BUSINESS MAGAZINE

Your Business Magazine encompasses an enormous variety of concerns, ranging in size from sole traders through to international companies. As in all markets we are concerned about ensuring that our readers are protected from companies which are illegal, fraudulent or in any way not operating in the public's best interest.

• All advertising placed with us must be LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST and TRUTHFUL. Any claims made about earnings / product benefits should be sustained.
• All advertisers must comply with all relevant legislation pertaining to their business and be prepared to provide evidence that they do comply with such legislation.
• Where companies are offering a business opportunity, the business opportunity must pass both the following tests:
• The business opportunity must offer a product or service which the average person would consider as a reasonable value in its own right.
• It must be possible to create an income from selling the product or service independently of expanding the business by introducing other people

Whist we require all advertisers to comply with the above ruling, we do NOT guarantee or otherwise warrant that any advertiser appearing in this magazine complies with any or all of the rulings above.

We perform such checks as we consider reasonable in the particular circumstances. Decisions made are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Advertisements are accepted at the publisher's discretion and no reason for refusal will be given.
